Refund policy

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our products, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order in the original packaged, resell-able condition with the sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.

Send your candles back to us with signature confirmation.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Cece Candle Co was the party at fault.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product after the sale, make all guarantees null and void.
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If  Cece Candle Co is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
