Shipping and Returns

Due to covid19 shipping may take a little longer so, we ask that you please be patient with us.

Cece Candle Co utilizes the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Shipping for standard 5-7 day shipping or FedEx for overnight shipping. We ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. Be aware that FedEx shipping will be higher than USPS. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

If available, overnight shipping costs typically range from $45 to $110, depending on your location. All overnight orders MUST be placed before 1:30pm EST. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. There are no overnight orders when we are closed (Sat/Sun). 


We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping is a flat rate of $100 USD. We utilize FedEx for International shipping. FedEx cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.


You will typically receive your package  5-7 business days from the day you placed your order, except during holiday seasons, pre-sales or inclement weather. Covid-19 has made a big impact on shipping. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer.

With standard shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. We do offer guaranteed overnight shipping with Fed-Ex.  



All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order in the original packaged, resell-able condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange. 

 Send your candles back to us with signature confirmation.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Cece Candle Co was the party at fault.

 Alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  

Inspect the box when you receive your candles. If it is determined that Cece Candle Co is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
